Baked Oats made in a blender combine rolled oats, banana, egg, baking powder, cinnamon, vanilla, honey, and milk into a smooth batter baked until set. This recipe yields a moist and tender baked oatmeal with subtle sweetness and gentle spice from cinnamon, suitable for warm breakfasts or snacks.
