Ingredients

  • 8 large eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1/2 cup Diced bell pepper any color
  • 1/2 cup diced cooked ham
  • 1/4 cup diced onion
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon black pepper

  1. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9-inch pie dish or square baking pan.
  2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
  3. Stir in the shredded cheese, diced bell pepper, ham, onion, salt, and pepper into the egg mixture.
  4. Pour the egg mixture into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top with a spatula.
  5. Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the omelette is set and lightly golden on top.
  6. Remove from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
