Ingredients
- 8 large eggs
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup Diced bell pepper any color
- 1/2 cup diced cooked ham
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and lightly grease a 9-inch pie dish or square baking pan.
- In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs and milk until well combined.
- Stir in the shredded cheese, diced bell pepper, ham, onion, salt, and pepper into the egg mixture.
- Pour the egg mixture into the prepared baking dish and smooth the top with a spatula.
- Bake in the preheated oven for 25-30 minutes, or until the omelette is set and lightly golden on top.
