Ingredients
- pitas - as needed
- 1 tablespoon olive oil - per pita chip
- prinkle salt
- prinkle pepper
- garlic powder, optional
Instructions
- Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
- Cut each pita into 8 equal triangles. This means cut in half, cut in half and cut in half again.
- Arrange the pieces on a baking sheet.
- Brush each pita chip using approximately 1 tablespoon of olive oil in total and then flip each piece over. To be honest I usually pour a little olive oil into a bowl and brush a little on each chip!
- Sprinkle with salt, pepper and garlic powder (if desired). and bake until crisp, between 17 and 20 minutes. Each triangle is 15 calories.
- Serve as a snack or with your favorite dip! Enjoy!
