Ingredients

  • 4 chicken breasts , boneless skinless
  • 1 ounce packet ranch dressing
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 2 large eggs
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees and spray a baking sheet with vegetable oil spray.
  2. Pound the chicken until it is an even thickness throughout.
  3. Mix the flour with half the ranch seasoning (2 teaspoons) in a bowl, mix the eggs in a second bowl and add the rest of the ranch mix to the breadcrumbs in a third bowl.
  4. Dip the chicken in the flour, then in the egg, then press well into the breadcrumbs and place onto the baking sheet
  5. Spray the tops of the chicken with vegetable oil spray and bake for 30 minutes.
