Baked Roasted Radishes Recipe

Radishes bake up beautifully in the oven and can easily stand in for potatoes! This dish takes 35 minutes to make and a serving has just 3 grams of net carbs!

Ingredients

  • 2 lb radishes cleaned and halved
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/2 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/4 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400°F.
  2. Toss the radishes with the olive oil and spices. Place the radishes on a baking sheet in a single layer ensuring that every radish is in contact with the pan.
  3. Roast for 30 to 35 minutes or until crispy and golden.
  4. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
