Ingredients

  • 5 chicken thighs , bone in and skin on
  • 1 tablespoon fresh Rosemary , chopped
  • 1 teaspoon kosher salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
  • 3 cloves garlic , chopped
  • 2 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 2 tablespoons vegetable oil

  2. Mix all the ingredients together and place chicken, skin side up in a 9x13 baking pan.
  3. Roast for 30-35 minutes or until golden brown.
