Baked Salt and Pepper Chicken Wings

Ingredients
- 2 ½ lbs of chicken wings trimmed and separated
- olive oil to taste
- Sea Salt and Freshly Cracked Pepper to taste
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 450 degrees. Place your baking rack near the top of the oven. Line a baking sheet with tin foil then coat it with cooking spray.
- Trim the chicken wings - If you need help, see the beginning of the video (link up above) for simple instructions.
- Once you have trimmed the wings, place them on the baking sheet.
- Drizzle the wings with a bit of olive oil, to taste, then season both sides with sea salt and freshly cracked pepper, to taste.
- Spread the wings out on the baking sheet and place them into the oven to bake for 30 minutes.
- Flip the chicken then continue to bake for another 15 minutes, or until the chicken is crispy and cooked through.
- Serve plain or with your favorite dipping sauce. Enjoy.
