Baked Tortilla Chips
Homemade baked tortilla chips or tostada shells are simple to make. Cut fresh tortillas to the size you prefer, bake and add additional spices if desired.

Ingredients
- 12 corn tortilla
- olive oil cooking spray corn or olive oil
- sea salt
Instructions
- Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees.
- Lightly spray both sides of the tortillas with cooking spray.
- Using a sharp knife of pizza cutter and cut tortillas in half, and then triangles.
- Place on two cookie sheets in a single layer. Sprinkle with sea salt.
- Bake for 5-7 minutes, then flip the chips and bake on the other side for an additional 5-7 minutes or until lightly browned and crispy. Enjoy immediately.

Notes
- I have a reusable oil mister, but if you don't have cooking spray or a mister, you can use a pastry brush dipped in oil to lightly coat the tortillas.
