Ingredients

  • 1 pound ground turkey
  • 1 cup Italian breadcrumbs
  • 1 small onion, diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 2 large eggs
  • ¼ cup milk
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees Fahrenheit. Spray a medium baking dish with pan spray and set aside.
  2. Mix 1 pound ground turkey, 1 cup Italian breadcrumbs, 1 small onion, diced 3 cloves garlic, minced, 2 large eggs, ¼ cup milk, ½ teaspoon salt, and ¼ teaspoon pepper in a medium bowl until everything is incorporated. Roll the mixture into 1 ½-2-inch balls and place in the prepared baking dish.
  3. Bake for 20-25 minutes, until the internal temperature of the meatballs reaches 165 degrees Fahrenheit and the tops are lightly browned.

  • *Or you can use regular breadcrumbs with 1 Tablespoon of Italian seasoning
