Ingredients
- 1/2 medium ripe banana
- 1/4 cup nonfat Greek yogurt (or dairy-free yogurt)
- 1/2 cup 1% milk (or dairy-free milk of choice)
- 1/2 tbsp honey
- 1 pitted date (chopped)
- 1/8 tsp cinnamon
- 2 Ice cubes
Instructions
- Blend banana, yogurt, milk and honey until smooth.
- Add dates, cinnamon, and ice.
- Blend for 3 minutes more.
