Balsamic Dressing

This balsamic dressing blends Dijon mustard, balsamic vinegar, olive oil, and lime juice to create a tangy and slightly sweet vinaigrette. The mixture is emulsified by shaking, ensuring all flavors meld smoothly, making it ideal for salads requiring a balanced acidic and savory note. Adjustments with honey or salt can be made based on the vinegar's acidity and personal taste.
