Ingredients
- 1 lb boneless, skinless chicken breasts
- ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 2 cups cherry tomatoes halved
- 8 cloves garlic
- 2 tbsp fresh basil chopped
Instructions
- Pre-heat the oven to 375°F.
- Place the chicken breasts in an oven safe skillet or dish.
- Combine the balsamic vinegar and olive oil, then pour over the chicken.
- Add the tomatoes, garlic cloves and basil to the skillet.
- Bake for 40-45 minutes.
