Balsamic Vinaigrette

Classic balsamic vinaigrette is a sweet and tangy 5 ingredient dressing that lasts for weeks in the fridge - for all of your salad needs!

Ingredients

  • ¾ cup olive oil
  • ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • salt and ground black pepper, to taste

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Combine all ingredients in a glass jar with a lid.
  2. Shake vigorously until combined well. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Notes

  • Clear vinaigrette. The regular color of balsamic vinegar is brown so salad dressings made with it will be brown in color. Use white balsamic vinegar for the same taste but a clear color.
