Classic balsamic vinaigrette is a sweet and tangy 5 ingredient dressing that lasts for weeks in the fridge - for all of your salad needs!

Ingredients
- ¾ cup olive oil
- ¼ cup balsamic vinegar
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 1 tablespoon honey
- salt and ground black pepper, to taste
Instructions
- Combine all ingredients in a glass jar with a lid.
- Shake vigorously until combined well. Refrigerate until ready to serve.

- Clear vinaigrette. The regular color of balsamic vinegar is brown so salad dressings made with it will be brown in color. Use white balsamic vinegar for the same taste but a clear color.
