Ingredients

  • 1 ripe banana
  • 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
  • 2 cup chopped kale (or other leafy green)
  • 1 cup plain low fat yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 pinch nutmeg
  • 2 inches fresh ginger (thinly sliced)
  • 2 handfuls ice

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Place everything but the ice in a blender and puree until smooth.
  2. Add ice and blend again for 1 minute or until smooth.

Notes

  • Excellent source of Vitamin A and C, good source of Calcium.
