This Kale Banana Berry Smoothie makes a delicious not-so-green smoothie to jump start your day in a healthy way.

Ingredients
- 1 ripe banana
- 1 cup blueberries (fresh or frozen)
- 2 cup chopped kale (or other leafy green)
- 1 cup plain low fat yogurt
- 1 teaspoon cinnamon
- 1 pinch nutmeg
- 2 inches fresh ginger (thinly sliced)
- 2 handfuls ice
Instructions
- Place everything but the ice in a blender and puree until smooth.
- Add ice and blend again for 1 minute or until smooth.
