Ingredients

  • 2 medium bananas peeled, sliced, and frozen
  • 1 cup milk or plant-based milk
  • ½ cup rolled oats
  • ½ cup Greek yogurt or coconut yogurt for dairy-free
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ¼ teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 pinch salt
  • Cinnamon or peanut butter to serve
