Ingredients

Servings
  • 1 banana or fresh if you don’t have frozen, peeled & chopped, large, frozen, ripe
  • 1 tablespoon honey or to taste, runny
  • 1 walnuts small handful
  • 200 ml milk semi-skimmed
  • honey optional, extra, for drizzling

Instructions

  1. Put all the ingredients into a blender (I like to use my stick blender and beaker) and whizz until smooth.
  2. If using a fresh banana put in fridge for a few minutes to chill before serving (if you wish). Don’t leave for too long or it will go brown, same great taste just not so pretty!
  3. Serve with a drizzle of honey if you’re feeling fancy!
