Ingredients

  • 1 large banana chopped, frozen
  • 1 Mango fresh or 1 cup frozen mango pieces
  • 1 cup strawberry remove stems if using fresh, frozen or fresh
  • ½ cup milk almond milk, oat milk, cashew milk, or regular cow's milk
  • ½ cup yogurt Greek yogurt or dairy-free alternative like almond milk or coconut yogurt
  • collagen optional add-ins, 1 scoop collagen, 1-2 tablespoon chia seeds, 1-2 tablespoon hemp hearts, plain or vanilla protein powder

Instructions

  1. Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy. For a thinner smoothie, add more milk. For a thicker smoothie, add a bit more frozen banana or a few ice cubes.
