Ingredients

  • 2 large ripe bananas
  • 1 1/2 cups whole milk
  • 1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
  • Whipped Cream for garnish (optional)

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Peel the bananas and place them in the blender.
  2. Add the milk and vanilla extract to the blender with the bananas.
  3. Blend on high speed until smooth and creamy, about 1 minute.
  4. Pour the milkshake into two glasses and, if desired, top with whipped cream.
