Banana Nut Bread Recipe

This Banana Nut Bread Recipe yields two loaves of moist, chunky-nut bread made with ripe mashed bananas, applesauce, brown sugar, and chopped walnuts. The texture combines a tender crumb with occasional nutty crunch. The method uses only egg whites, which keeps the bread lighter. Baking in two loaf pans ensures even baking. It's a dependable way to use up ripe bananas and makes a snack or breakfast bread with a balanced sweetness and mild vanilla flavor.
