Ingredients

  • 1 cup milk fat free
  • 2 frozen banana
  • ¼ cup rolled oats old fashioned
  • 3 tablespoons peanut butter creamy, reduced fat
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder
  • ¼ teaspoon vanilla extract
  • sweetener brown sugar, white sugar, or honey work great, to taste
Toppings
  • banana fresh, sliced
  • dark chocolate chopped
  • nut toasted
  • honey drizzle

Instructions

  1. In a blender combine milk, bananas, oats, peanut butter, cocoa powder, and vanilla extract. Puree until smooth.
  2. Pour smoothie into 1-2 bowls and add toppings as desired. Serve immediately.
