Ingredients

  • 1½ cup milk or more
  • 2 bananas ideally frozen
  • 3 to 3½ cups frozen peaches
  • ¾ cup Greek yogurt plain or vanilla flavoured
  • 3 to 4 tablespoons maple syrup
