Ingredients
- 1 3/4 cups white whole-wheat flour 230 grams, or all-purpose flour
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 3/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 cup banana about 2 large bananas, mashed ripe
- 1 cup pineapple drained well, crushed
- 1 cup coconut sugar
- 2 egg large
- 1/3 cup avocado oil (or any neutral flavored oil)
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
Instructions
- Heat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and spray a loaf pan with cooking spray, lining the bottom with parchment paper.
- In a medium bowl, whisk the flour, baking powder, and salt.
- In a separate large bowl, whisk all remaining ingredients.
