Banana Popsicles

Ingredients

  • 1½ cups milk
  • 2 large ripe bananas mashed (about 1 cup)
  • ¼ cup powdered sugar
  • 2 teaspoons vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. Place all of the ingredients in a blender and puree on medium speed until completely smooth.
  2. Divide the mixture evenly between popsicle molds and insert popsicle sticks. Freeze for 4 to 5 hours before serving.

  • Note: The number of popsicles this recipe will yield depends on the size of your popsicle molds; you should get anywhere from six to eight popsicles.
