Ingredients

  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 1/2 cup French Vanilla Coconut Milk Creamer such as So Delicious Dairy-Free
  • 1/4 cup chia seeds
  • sliced bananas, extra chia seeds, french vanilla granola for topping, optional

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Blend together 2 ripe bananas and creamer (1/2 cup) until smooth.
  2. Transfer to a bowl or container and stir in chia seeds (1/4 cup).
  3. Refrigerate overnight or for at least two hours.
  4. Top with sliced bananas, chia seeds, and french vanilla granola and serve.
