Quick and easy Banana Smoothie that is a great way to use up fresh, frozen or expiring bananas

Ingredients

  • 2 cups milk or oat soy, or rice milk
  • 1 large ripe banana
  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt you can also use soy / coconut yogurt if needed
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 1/2 cup ice

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Combine the ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend for 30 seconds or until smooth.
  3. Divide between two glasses and serve with a straw, garnished with a banana slice if desired.
