  • 1 large banana sliced and frozen – plus more as garnish
  • 2 tablespoons unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted almond butter
  • 1 cup unsweetened almond milk
  • 1 Medjool date pitted
  • 1 teaspoon hemp seeds (optional)
