  • ¼ cup water
  • 1 tablespoon unsalted butter
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • ½ teaspoon baking soda
  • ½ cup mashed ripe banana
  • 1 cup chopped walnuts
