Ingredients

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 ripe bananas (peeled)
  • ½ cup Bob’s Red Mill Whey Protein Powder
  • ½ cup Bob’s Red Mill Organic Creamy Buckwheat Hot Cereal
  • ½ teaspoon cinnamon
  • ¼ teaspoon baking powder
  • fresh berries and pure maple syrup to serve – optional

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Place all ingredients in a high-speed blender and puree until batter is smooth.
  2. Pre-heat griddle or non-stick pan over medium heat and spray with cooking spray.
  3. Pour batter on to pan, 1/4 cup at a time, and heat until bubbles begin to form – about 1-2 minutes. Flip and brown the other side, cooking for another minute or two.
  4. Continue with remaining batter.
  5. Serve with fresh berries and pure maple syrup if you wish.
