Bang Bang Chicken
Bang Bang Chicken is a crispy, breaded chicken breast dish coated with a crunchy mixture of panko, flour, and cornstarch and lightly seasoned with garlic and onion powders, paprika, and salt. The chicken is soaked in buttermilk before coating to enhance tenderness. It is pan-fried until golden and served with a creamy, sweet-spicy bang bang sauce made from mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, and sriracha, adding a balanced heat and sweetness. Garnished with green onions, this dish combines crunchy textures with a contrasting tangy sauce ideal for serving with rice and vegetables.
