  • 2 banh mi baguette sliced, or 1 French baguette, sliced
  • 1 cucumber sliced
  • do chua (Vietnamese pickled daikon and carrot)
  • 1-2 Jalapeño sliced
  • few sprigs cilantro optional
Assorted cold cuts (meat)/condiments:
  • cha lua (Vietnamese pork roll) sliced
  • headcheese sliced
  • xiu mai (Vietnamese pork meatballs)
  • liver pate optional
  • butter/mayo
  • Maggi sauce
