- 3 lices crusty bread good quality (such as ciabatta)
- 1 large ripe avocado
- salt & pepper
possible toppings:
- fresh basil
- sliced tomatoes
- blue cheese
- hot sauce
- Bacon crumbles
- Parmesan Cheese
Instructions
- Toast each slice of bread lightly.
- Mash about 1/4 avocado onto each slice of toast.
- Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Top with desired toppings and enjoy!
