Basic Crock Pot Buffalo Chicken
Easy and delicious three ingredient slow cooker buffalo chicken that cooks all day, then shreds into hot and spicy chicken perfect for sandwiches, wraps or salad!

Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 1 cup Frank's Red Hot Sauce Original
- 1 cup strong chicken broth
- buns of choice
- blue cheese dressing
- tomatoes, lettuce, Ranch dressing optional toppings
Instructions
- Place the chicken breasts on the bottom of the crockpot.
- Mix together the hot sauce and the chicken broth, then pour over the top of the chicken.
- Cook on low for 6-7 hours. If you use frozen chicken breasts, you can cook 8-10 hours.
- Remove from the sauce and then shred on a plate with two forks. Mix back into the crock pot for added sauce and moisture. Add more hot sauce to taste if desired.
- Place on sandwiches, wraps or even a fabulous salad. Top with blue cheese or ranch dressing. You can also add lettuce, tomatoes etc if desired.

Notes
- If you use frozen chicken breasts they won't dry out as fast if you have to cook these all day while you are gone.
