Ingredients
- 1 glove garlic smashed
- 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
- 6 tablespoons neutral cooking oil vegetable, corn, canola, olive or some combination, generic cooking oil
- 1 pinch parsley dried
- 1 pinch dried thyme
- salt to taste, freshly ground
- black pepper to taste, freshly ground
Instructions
- In a clean jar or small bowl, add the vinegar, garlic, and mustard and mix well.
- Slowly add the olive oil while either whisking or stirring rapidly with your fork.
- Add the parsley, thyme, salt, and pepper, taste, and adjust the seasonings.
