Ingredients

  • 1 peach
  • 5 basil leaves
  • 2 tablespoon lime juice
  • ¼ cup orange juice 60ml/4tbsp
  • ½ tablespoon honey
  • 2 oz white rum 70ml or half, if you prefer less strong, or tequilla for more classic, or omit for mocktail.

Instructions

    Cup of Yum
  1. Peel the peach and remove the stone. Place the peach, basil, lime juice, orange juice and honey in a blender and blend until smooth.
  2. Mix in the rum (if using) and serve over ice, topped with a slice of lime and/or peach.

Notes

  • You can also make this with tequila instead of rum (as is more traditional), and add triple sec along with the orange juice if you prefer stronger/more orange flavor.
