Basil Vinaigrette

Ingredients

  • 1½ to 2 cups basil
  • ½ shallot
  • 1 clove garlic
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 6 tablespoons oil

Instructions

  1. To a food processor, add the basil, shallot, garlic, salt, pepper, and oil. Blend it until well combined and smooth.
  2. Season with additional salt and pepper if desired.
