BBQ Bacon Wrapped Corn on the Cob

BBQ Bacon Wrapped Corn on the Cob features ears of fresh corn tightly wrapped with bacon slices, seasoned with a smoky BBQ rub, then roasted in foil until the bacon crisps while the corn steams inside. The result is a savory combination of sweet corn kernels with the smoky, salty flavor of bacon, enhanced by the BBQ seasoning. This dish is an appealing grilled or baked side that pairs well with casual meals.
