BBQ Baked Chicken Thighs

Ingredients

  • 4 chicken thighs bone-in, skin-on
  • ½ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon pepper
  • ⅓ cup BBQ sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 425ºF.
  2. Pat the chicken thighs dry and season with the salt and pepper.
  3. Brush both sides of the chicken thighs with half of the BBQ sauce.
  4. Place the chicken thighs skin-side down on a lined baking sheet.
  5. Bake for 10 minutes.
  6. Remove from the oven, turn over the chicken thighs, and bush with BBQ sauce again.
  7. Bake for 20 more minutes, or until the internal temperature registers 165ºF.
