Ingredients

  • 500 g chicken breast
  • 150 g plain flour
  • 2 tsp paprika
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp onion powder
  • salt To taste
  • black pepper To taste
  • vegetable oil For frying
  • 150 ml BBQ sauce

Instructions

  1. Cut the chicken breast into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a bowl, mix the all-purpose flour, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
  3. Dredge the chicken pieces in the flour mixture, making sure they are coated evenly.
  4. Heat vegetable oil in a deep frying pan over medium-high heat.
  5. Fry the chicken pieces until they are golden brown and cooked through, about 5-7 minutes.
  6. Drain the fried chicken on a paper towel to remove excess oil.
  7. In a separate pan, warm the BBQ sauce.
