BBQ Chicken Sliders

Ingredients

  • 12 Hawaiian slider rolls
  • 2 tablespoon Garlic Aioli
  • 1 1/2 cups BBQ Chicken , shredded (hot or cold)
  • 3/4 cup Oil and Vinegar Coleslaw
  • 1/4 cup butter , melted
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
  • 1/8 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1 teaspoon dried parsley

Instructions

  1. Using a serrated knife, cut the Hawaiian rolls in half as a whole slab.
  2. in the oven, toast lightly under low broil (optional). Slather with the garlic aioli.
  3. Top the slider rolls with prepared BBQ chicken, then the prepared coleslaw.
  4. Put the tops of the Hawaiian rolls back on.
  5. Ins a small bowl, whisk together the melted butter, Dijon mustard, white pepper and dried parsley flakes.
  6. Baste the butter over the top of the slider rolls.
  7. Cut into individual sandwiches and serve.
