This BBQ dry rub works well on chicken, pork, and beef. Store it tightly covered in spice cabinet to keep on hand whenever you need it.

- 1/4 cup smoked paprika
- 1/4 cup brown sugar
- 3 tablespoons garlic powder
- 3 tablespoons salt
- 2 tablespoons onion powder
- 2 tablespoons ground black pepper
- 1 tablespoon dried parsley
- 1 tablespoon chipotle powder optional
Instructions
- Combine everything in a small bowl and stir well.
- Store tightly covered in a container.
- Apply liberally to pork, chicken, and beef before grilling.

- The chipotle powder can be substituted for chili powder + a pinch of cayenne pepper.
- Smoked paprika is our favorite, but regular works just fine.
