Bbq Meatloaf

This bbq meatloaf recipe is so easy and so good. For this meatloaf with bbq sauce, we use a simple, classic meatloaf recipe, and store bought bbq sauce.

Ingredients

  • 2 pounds ground beef or ground beef pork blend
  • ½ cup barbecue sauce
  • ½ cup plain bread crumbs
  • ½ cup cheese shredded
  • 1 small onion chopped
  • 1 large egg
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • ½ teaspoon garlic powder
  • ½ teaspoon Ground Pepper Black
  • ½ teaspoon salt
Topping
  • 1 cup barbecue sauce

Instructions

  1. Get out and measure all of your ingredients.
  2. Preheat oven to 350°F.
  3. Place your ground beef and shredded cheese in a large bowl.
  4. Add bread crumbs, onion, egg, sauce and seasonings too.
  5. Stir until combined. Do not over mix.
  6. Shape into a loaf on shallow baking pan.
  7. Pour barbecue sauce over top.
  8. Bake 55 to 60 minutes or until cooked through. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
  9. Serve with Potatoes or rice and a vegetable.
  10. Enjoy every bite!
