Bbq Meatloaf

This bbq meatloaf recipe is so easy and so good. For this meatloaf with bbq sauce, we use a simple, classic meatloaf recipe, and store bought bbq sauce.

Ingredients
- 2 pounds ground beef or ground beef pork blend
- ½ cup barbecue sauce
- ½ cup plain bread crumbs
- ½ cup cheese shredded
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1 large egg
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- ½ teaspoon garlic powder
- ½ teaspoon Ground Pepper Black
- ½ teaspoon salt
Topping
- 1 cup barbecue sauce

Instructions
- Get out and measure all of your ingredients.
- Preheat oven to 350°F.
- Place your ground beef and shredded cheese in a large bowl.
- Add bread crumbs, onion, egg, sauce and seasonings too.
- Stir until combined. Do not over mix.
- Shape into a loaf on shallow baking pan.
- Pour barbecue sauce over top.
- Bake 55 to 60 minutes or until cooked through. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
- Serve with Potatoes or rice and a vegetable.
- Enjoy every bite!
