Ingredients

  • 4 bone-in pork chops about 1 inch thick
  • salt to taste
  • black pepper to taste
  • 1 cup tomato sauce
  • 1/4 cup honey
  • 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce 
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground mustard

  1. Preheat grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates.
  2. Season pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.
  3. In a bowl, whisk together tomato sauce, honey, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and ground mustard to create the BBQ sauce.
  4. Place pork chops on the grill and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side, basting with the BBQ sauce in the last few minutes of cooking.
  5. Remove pork chops from the grill when they reach an internal temperature of 145 degrees and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
