Ingredients
- 4 bone-in pork chops about 1 inch thick
- salt to taste
- black pepper to taste
- 1 cup tomato sauce
- 1/4 cup honey
- 2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/4 teaspoon ground mustard
Instructions
- Preheat grill to medium-high heat and lightly oil the grates.
- Season pork chops with salt and pepper on both sides.
- In a bowl, whisk together tomato sauce, honey, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, smoked paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, and ground mustard to create the BBQ sauce.
- Place pork chops on the grill and cook for 5-7 minutes on each side, basting with the BBQ sauce in the last few minutes of cooking.
- Remove pork chops from the grill when they reach an internal temperature of 145 degrees and let them rest for 5 minutes before serving.
