This soup was so yummy! I couldn't wait to come home from being busy all day and eat this delicious soup with my family. This was a hit!

Ingredients
- 1 pound lean ground beef
- 1 (1-ounce) package taco seasoning
- 1 (10.75-ounce) can condensed nacho cheese soup
- 1 (10-ounce) can diced tomatoes and green chilis, undrained
- 1 ½ cups milk
- ¾ cup sharp cheddar cheese, more for serving
Instructions
- In a medium pot, add the ground beef and cook over medium-high heat until no longer pink. Drain any excess fat.
- Stir in the taco seasoning, nacho cheese soup, canned tomatoes with green chilis, milk, and cheese.
- Cook for 8-10 minutes until thoroughly warmed through, stirring occasionally.
- Serve with additional shredded cheese on top and crushed tortilla chips.
