Beer Bacon Cheddar Ranch Dip

Ingredients:
  • 16 oz cream cheese softened
  • 1/3 cup beer we used Blue Moon
  • 1 packet ranch dressing mix
  • 1 cup chopped cooked bacon
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup sour cream

Instructions

Directions:
    Cup of Yum
  1. Place cream cheese, beer, and ranch dressing mix in a bowl. Beat with an electric mixer until smooth and creamy (couple of minutes).
  2. Add in the cheddar cheese, sour cream and bacon and mix on low till blended.
