Ingredients

  • 3 cups all-purpose flour sifted
  • 3 teaspoons baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 cup white sugar
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 12 ounce can beer use your favorite
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted

Instructions

  1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl, next, add the beer and stir to combine.
  3. Pour the mixture into a greased loaf pan.
  4. Pour melted butter uniformly over mixture.
  5. Bake for 55-60 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the bread comes out clean.
  6. Remove from the oven and cool in the pan for 10-15 minutes, after which place bread on a wire rack to continue cooling.
  7. Slice and serve.
