  • 3 small beets about 3/4 cup, chopped, cooked
  • 2 cups blueberries frozen
  • 1 cup apple cider or apple juice, unsweetened
  • 1 cup coconut milk light, canned
  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds
  • 1/8 teaspoon ground cinnamon
